Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY:
We ship orders out as soon as possible, although this will not always be same day as your order was placed. In general, please allow 1-3 business days for processing time. For orders from Canada and USA, you will normally receive your order anywhere from 2-6 business days from the date that your order is shipped. For international orders, please allow 5-15 business days.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays
Shipping Carrier – All domestic orders are shipped with Canada Post Expedited service. For international orders, we offer both USPS (USA ONLY) and Asendia services. For international Asendia shipments, once your parcel clears customs, it will be handed over to your local shipping carrier for final delivery. Note that more detailed information can often be found by tracking your parcel on the website of your local shipping carrier (i.e. USPS, Royal Mail, China Post, etc.). 
International Duties and Customs Fees – Note that international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) and you may be charged additional duties and customs fees upon receipt. We have no control over if or how much you will be charged for these fees, and we do not accept responsibility for any additional charges the destination country may impose on you. You will be contacted by your local shipping carrier if there are any duties or fees that require payment; however, we advise that you follow the tracking information closely in case there are any updates regarding customs clearance.
 
RETURN POLICY:
Customer satisfaction is a priority for us. However, if you are not pleased with your order, we are happy to accept returns on any item that qualifies for a full refund. 
Request for returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of order. Please send your request for a return to info@heartsofgems.ca and we will issue a return authorization number to send your order/items back to us.
Returns without an authorization number will not be credited, refused orders will be not credited. All returned items must be unused and in original condition (with all tags and labels).
Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges.
All returns are credited to your original form of payment. 
*Non Returnable Items:
Sale/Clearance items are not returnable, cancelable or refundable once ordered.
